It Started With Adam's Grandmother

In 1972, our founder Adam Kollin wanted a better way to stay connected with his deaf grandmother. When she couldn't hear him knocking at the door, he created a simple visual alert system that changed both of their lives.

Over the years, that first invention evolved into Sonic Alert, a company dedicated to creating simple, reliable technology that helps people live more independently.
